Aim and Objectives	:	Aim: To update current evidence on implementing the LK Massage Programme antenatally and during childbirth Objectives: - To update on new evidence underpinning the Programme - To review the LK Massage techniques, what techniques to be used when looking after women Any difficulties in delivering the technique, for example – discomfort for the person performing massage Discussion on positioning for various techniques The self-massage and breathing techniques - To share thoughts about the difficulties and ways to implement the Programme under the COVID outbreak
