Content :

Background: Both Preterm Labour & Intrauterine growth restriction (IUGR) belong to The Great Obstetrical Syndromes with heterogenous etiologies. They are the leading causes of neonatal mortality & morbidity with long term neurological and developmental problems. Prediction, prevention and management of preterm labour & IUGR (either alone or together) is a challenging topic in Obstetrics.
